My name is Faith Elise Yurek and I am a Boston area artist and illustrator with an unfortunate amount of food hospitality experience.

 I gear towards infusing my work with the things that inspire me the most which includes pop culture, rock n' roll ephemera, and my unhealthy obsession with Halloween. I primarily create multi-media paintings and illustrations, as well as the occasional sculpture, and had some experience working in glass and leather, which I am looking forward to continuing my explorations post-grad. I adore working with my hands and bringing new life to recycled and found materials. My passion for portraiture, which coincides with my fascination with pop culture and graphic design from the 20th century, has been an outlet to explore realistic and painterly styles mostly using oil and acrylics, as well as my more recent experimentation with incorporating my hand done work into digital graphics. I supplemented my lifelong admiration to create with the fortunate opportunity to attend Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where I completed my BFA in Illustration in 2026. I do not feel compelled by any means to stick to one form of art making. I am passionate that art is something that should be accessible to all. Ambitious, whimsical, and kitschy, it is my passion to create artwork that makes people stop, laugh, or maybe to make them want it on their t-shirt.
